This Privacy Policy explains how X Productions Media LLC (United Arab Emirates) and X Productions Media Pvt Ltd (Pakistan) (“X Productions Media”, “we”, “us”) collect and use personal information when you visit xproductionsmedia.com or contact us about our services.

The company you deal with depends on where your project is contracted. Both companies follow this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you’re interested in and the project details you write.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: anything you send us directly.
- Client projects: contact and billing details, plus any material you share for a project (footage, logos, brand assets, scripts).
Information collected automatically
- Site statistics: we use Jetpack Stats (provided by Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com) to count visits and see which pages are popular. It records information such as your browser, device type, approximate location from your IP address, and the pages you visit.
- Visit source: a small script records how you arrived at the site (for example from Google, social media or a direct visit) using cookies named
sbjs_*. - Image delivery: images may be served through the WordPress.com content delivery network, which processes your IP address to deliver them.
Embedded content from other websites Some pages show content from YouTube (videos), Facebook (our page feed) and Google Maps (our location). When you view these, the provider may collect data about you, set cookies and track your interaction, under its own privacy policy:

3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- reply to enquiries and send quotes
- plan, produce and deliver projects you hire us for
- send invoices and keep business and tax records
- understand how the website is used so we can improve it
- protect the website against spam and misuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you’ve asked us to.
4. Sharing your information
We share personal information only:
- with service providers that help us run the website and our business: hosting (Bluehost), WordPress.com / Jetpack, and email providers
- with freelancers or crew working on your project, only as far as they need it
- when required by law, or to protect our legal rights
Some of these providers are outside the UAE and Pakistan, so your information may be processed in other countries, such as the United States.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become projects: up to 2 years.
- Client project and billing records: as long as needed for the project, plus any period required by tax and commercial law.
- Website statistics: kept in aggregate form.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- correct or update it
- delete it, unless we have to keep it by law
- stop using it for a particular purpose

7. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for visit statistics and to remember how you arrived at the site. Embedded YouTube, Facebook and Google Maps content may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
